Customer Terms and Conditions
Master commercial terms governing access to Parallel Developer Platform and Enterprise APIs.
1. Agreement & Parties
These Customer Terms and Conditions set forth the binding agreement between Parallel Web Systems Inc., a Delaware corporation ('Parallel') and the registered customer organization ('Customer').
2. Provision of Services & SLAs
Parallel provides access to Search API, Task API, Extract API, Responses API, Monitor API, and FindAll API in accordance with the service tiers and throughput limits specified in Customer's account plan.
3. Fees, Metering & Payment
API fees are billed based on transparent per-request usage tiers and processor compute categories. Invoices are payable in USD via credit card or pre-arranged enterprise billing.
4. Intellectual Property & Customer Ownership
Customer retains all right, title, and interest in and to all queries, instructions, and prompt specifications submitted to the Services, as well as generated task outputs.
5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly stated herein, services are provided 'as is'. Neither party shall be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
