DELIVERY & PORTFOLIO PACK

Catch delivery risk while there is still time to act

A Pack for delivery, PMO, and portfolio leaders. It connects project status, scope, effort, and conversations to the decisions your reviews make, and prepares the next step for you to approve. In early access with design partners.

Milestone and delivery risk

See which milestones are slipping, what is blocking them, and whether the acceptance evidence is there.

You ask
"Which milestones this month are at risk, and what is behind each one?"
What the Pack prepares

Each at-risk milestone with its blocked tasks, dependencies, and resourcing issues, and a recommendation to continue, escalate, re-sequence, or re-scope.

How a delivery review could run with this Pack

SCENARIO

Delivery and scope intervention

A services project keeps its go-live date while delivery tasks are blocked, unapproved work appears in customer conversations, and effort runs above plan. The delivery brief shows the contract scope, project status, the customer’s request, the effort signal, and the affected milestone. An agent lays out four choices: decline the change, issue a change order, reduce scope, or move the date. A person approves the chosen updates.

What we would measure with you: Unbilled work, margin variance, change-cycle time, milestone performance
SCENARIO

Quarterly portfolio review

Before the portfolio review, the Pack gathers each initiative’s milestones, spend, risks, and dependencies from the systems that own them. Leadership compares fund, defer, and stop options with their consequences in view, and the decisions flow back into the project tools as approved updates.

What we would measure with you: Review preparation time, spend on low-priority work, time to stop work that should stop
Security

Secure by design, not by checklist

FAQs

No. Jira, Linear, or your portfolio tool stays the record of the work, and capacity and cost figures come from the systems that own them. The Pack connects that evidence to the decisions your reviews make.
