OPERATIONAL EXCEPTIONS PACK

Work exception queues by what matters most

A Pack for operations, shared-services, and resilience leaders. It ranks exceptions by materiality, explains each one from its source records, and prepares the fix for you to approve. In early access with design partners.

From exception to approved fix

Transaction exception queue

Rank invalid, duplicate, unmatched, and late records by materiality and route each one to its owner.

You ask
"Which open exceptions should we clear first today?"
What the Pack prepares

The queue ranked by value and age, each item with its owner, a proposed correction, and any recurring cause behind it.

How an operations day could run with this Pack

SCENARIO

The morning exception queue

The shared-services team starts with the overnight exceptions ranked by value. A batch of duplicate invoices from one supplier sits at the top, with the matching records and the configuration change that caused it. The team lead approves the corrections and a fix to the matching rule.

What we would measure with you: Exception rate and age, manual touches, correction cycle time
SCENARIO

A supplier delay

A key supplier pushes a delivery by two weeks. The Pack shows the dependent orders and the customer commitments they support, and lays out options: expedite, substitute, or re-plan. Operations leadership chooses, and the approved updates go to the order system and the customer.

What we would measure with you: Supplier delay impact, expedite cost, disruption lead time
Security

Secure by design, not by checklist

Cambrian has no certifications yet. What it has is an architecture where access is enforced in the kernel, every decision is explained, and you run it yourself.

FAQs

No. Predictive failure models and simulations stay outside the Pack. It works from rules you configure and signals your systems already produce, and it can read the output of a model you already run.
