2. Zero Data Retention (ZDR) Architecture
For enterprise API customers with Zero Data Retention enabled, query payloads, extracted HTML contents, entity names, and customer prompt parameters are processed ephemerally in volatile memory and are never persisted to disk or used for machine learning model training.
3. Information We Collect
We collect account registration details (email, organization name, authentication credentials via OAuth), API telemetry metrics (request timestamps, status codes, latency, token consumption for billing), and billing payment information processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
4. Use of Personal Data
We use account information strictly to deliver API services, enforce rate limits, process invoices, prevent malicious abuse or DDoS attacks, and comply with applicable statutory legal obligations.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Parallel does not sell, rent, or monetize personal data or customer API inputs to third parties. We share data only with authorized infrastructure vendors (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud) under strict Data Protection Agreements (DPAs).
