A quarterly initiative reports green, but two milestones have slipped and spend is ahead of plan. The Pack pulls milestones, spend, risks, and dependencies into one brief and lays out the options: continue, intervene, re-scope, or pause. The sponsor decides, and the follow-up actions are tracked to completion.
