PRODUCT & ENGINEERING PACK

Launch, incident, and roadmap decisions with the evidence in one place

A Pack for product, engineering, and reliability leaders. It works from the issues, releases, incidents, and decision records your tools already keep, and prepares the next step for you to approve. In early access with design partners.

From the record to the next decision

Launch readiness

Check scope, quality, dependencies, and support and sales readiness before a launch decision.

You ask
"Are we ready to launch the new billing page on Tuesday?"
What the Pack prepares

Open defects, unmet dependencies, readiness gaps, and open actions, with a recommendation to launch, delay, limit, or mitigate.

Built from issue and release records
Scenarios · not customer results

How a release cycle could run with this Pack

SCENARIO

Launch go or no-go

Two days before a launch, the readiness brief shows one blocking defect, a support runbook still in draft, and a dependency on another team’s release. The Pack recommends a limited launch to existing customers and lists the actions that would make a full launch safe. The product lead decides, and the actions go into the tracker as approved updates.

What we would measure with you: Launch delay, escaped issues, unresolved readiness items
SCENARIO

Closing the loop after an incident

A month after an outage, the Pack checks each postmortem action against the tracker. Two are overdue and one depends on a change that was never merged. It proposes escalations to the owners and a documentation update, and the engineering manager approves them.

What we would measure with you: Remediation completion, repeat incidents, action age
Security

Secure by design, not by checklist

Cambrian has no certifications yet. What it has is an architecture where access is enforced in the kernel, every decision is explained, and you run it yourself.

FAQs

No. It works from the identifiers your tools already carry: issue keys, incident IDs, release tags, and decision records. Similar discussions can be shown as context, but never as proven parts of the same decision.
